Jenna M. Beirlein is an Associate Attorney at Frumkin & Hunter LLP. She handles a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; ERISA and employee benefits; wage-and-hour; and whistleblower claims.

Ms. Beirlein earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University. She then graduated magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law, while serving on the PACE INTERNATIONAL LAW REVIEW and holding four internships. As a law student, Ms. Beirlein assisted with cases and appeared in court pursuant to a student practice order on domestic violence, child abuse, juvenile delinquency, and various family law matters.

After graduating law school, Ms. Beirlein served as a research assistant for Pace Law School Professor Audrey Rogers's article, Death by Bullying: A Comparative Culpability Proposal, 35 Pace L. Rev. 343 (2014). And then for four years, Ms. Beirlein handled various aspects of family and matrimonial law as an attorney in the private and non-profit sectors in Westchester County.

Ms. Beirlein is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
